Description

You will manage the end-to-end testing process to ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to meet defined objectives.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
• Recommend and monitor preventative and corrective actions to meet quality standards.
• Compile and analyze statistical data while investigating customer complaints and product issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of QA databases and applications.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Information Systems.
• Experience meeting user expectations through structured testing processes.
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
