Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle, from test planning to defect resolution and compliance monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to verify functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to ensure product quality meets all objectives.
• Identify, track, and remedy defects within the production process.
• Compile and analyze statistical data to drive preventative and corrective actions.
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA databases and applications.
• Experience with quality management and quality auditing practices.
• Proficiency in information systems and information technology.
• Ability to draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience ensuring user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Background in monitoring service or product quality metrics.
