Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for voice AI and POS applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for voice AI and POS systems.
• Validate Speech-to-Text accuracy, intent recognition, and voice response generation across different environments.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on voice AI integrated POS systems.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and drive resolutions through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria and identify quality gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proven experience with Speech-to-Text technologies (Google Cloud STT, AWS Transcribe, Azure Speech Services).
• Working knowledge of Generative Voice AI or conversational AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex).
• Strong understanding of POS systems and retail transaction workflows.
• Proficiency with QA tools (Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium).
• Solid understanding of API testing, data validation, and system integrations.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for testing AI workloads.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing AI/ML-driven or NLP-based applications.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
