Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of pension administration systems and related portals.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, and estimates while managing project workloads, schedules, and deadlines.
• Execute manual testing and develop automation test scripts throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write complex SQL queries for data mining and testing across cloud and on-prem data warehouses, ODS, and data marts.
• Coordinate defect resolution across teams and report issues to management on a recurring basis.
• Validate all end-user documentation and participate in usability testing and user-centered design reviews.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience developing testing artifacts, including test plans and test cases.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with manual testing of software systems.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for testing purposes.
• Experience working within an SDLC methodology.
• Experience operating in teams using the Agile SCRUM process.
• Experience with test-driven or behavior-driven development practices.
• Experience with usability testing and user-centered design.
• Basic knowledge of PC, client/server, and network environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and test automation implementation.
