You will ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of Decisioning applications by managing the quality assurance, testing, and monitoring of Next-Best-Action strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform impact analysis on new requirements and translate complex strategies into implementable designs.
  • Develop reporting and simulations to demonstrate offer qualification across segments and guide NBA strategy decisions.
  • Configure new actions and treatments within the Pega Customer Decision Hub and refine existing rules.
  • Execute manual, automated, exploratory, unit, and smoke testing activities within an Agile environment.
  • Maintain test cases, scripts, and plans while documenting all testing processes and results.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets using Python and Tableau.
  • Expertise with SOAP and RESTful web APIs using tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI.
  • Strong knowledge of data manipulation and BI tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical details and business findings clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and identify process improvements.
