Description

You will manage end-to-end testing processes to ensure software and IT system releases meet functionality, performance, and reliability standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and user acceptance test plans.
• Conduct system testing and manage all activities within the test plan to meet defined objectives.
• Troubleshoot system, data, or process problems and prepare system change requests.
• Participate in requirements gathering and reviews to identify inconsistencies in business and functional specifications.
• Provide feedback on production deployment readiness and review testing results with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and test cycles.
• 7 years of experience writing effective test cases and test scripts.
• 5 years of experience gathering, documenting, and testing business requirements.
• 5 years of experience gathering, documenting, and testing functional requirements.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and data issues.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience with Agile Development Methodology.
• 3 years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS/DevOps).
• 3 years of experience in change management or using Test Manager.
