Description

You will perform quality checks on marketing materials including pitch books, deal books, templates, and infographics to ensure strict adherence to branding and formatting standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality checks on document edits, full-reads, and book-reads to ensure accuracy.
• Verify that all materials comply with client branding and stylistic template elements.
• Advise presentation specialists on correct brand usage and formatting.
• Perform minor proofreader's corrections and administrative tasks to log productivity.
• Communicate with staff to clarify complex instructions and manage deadlines.

Required Skills

• 3 or more years of creative quality assurance experience or comparable work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and layout.
• Expertise in English grammar, syntax, spelling, and editorializing.
• Experience working within financial institutions and familiarity with financial vocabulary.
• Ability to assess technical requirements and prioritize requests under pressure.
• Strong visual sense for branding and formatting consistency.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of external print processes.
