Description

You will manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle to ensure software deliverables meet functional business requirements and design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test data, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, including functional, regression, user acceptance, and load testing.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects while verifying subsequent fixes.
• Collaborate with Dev, Management, and Operations teams to provide test effort estimates and participate in design reviews.
• Communicate test results and plan statuses through established reporting processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant QA technical experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Ability to query SQL Server databases using T-SQL.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in a self-directed, distributed team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium, ReadyAPI, and JMeter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Test Plans, Azure DevOps, or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Experience working within Agile SCRUM methodology.
