Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle to validate application systems and software modifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review functional business requirements and design specifications to develop test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Design and document test cases, test data, and procedures to validate software against business requirements.
• Execute functional, black box, UI, compatibility, integration, performance, regression, and automation testing.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects while verifying fixes and communicating test results.
• Participate in software design reviews, test strategy sessions, and Agile SCRUM activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA technical experience focusing on functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Expertise in creating clear, concise test plans and test cases from technical specifications.
• Experience with black box, user interface, context-based, exploratory, or scenario testing.
• Experience using Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) or Azure DevOps Test Plans.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with test automation tools including Selenium, Ready API, and JMeter.
• Working understanding of source control and test management tools.
• Ability to provide estimates for test efforts and coordinate test platform availability.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate level TSQL for writing database queries to extract data.
