Description

Validate application systems and software modifications through comprehensive testing strategies and defect management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review functional business requirements and design specifications to develop test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Design and document test data, procedures, and black box or UI test cases to mitigate risk.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects while verifying fixes and communicating results to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in software design reviews and Agile SCRUM ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical QA experience focusing on functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Proficiency with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools including Selenium, Ready API, and JMeter.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or Microsoft Test Manager (MTM).
• Ability to create clear test plans and cases from technical specifications.
• Experience with context-based, exploratory, or scenario testing.
• Working understanding of source control and test management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate SQL Server (T-SQL) skills for writing queries to extract and validate data.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
