Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document detailed test plans and test cases for new and existing functionality
• Define clear acceptance criteria and formulate test scenarios covering positive, negative, cross-functional, and end-to-end conditions
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing with a focus on data integrity and validation
• Test configurations, workflows, and integrations with external data sources; validate privacy and security across roles and permissions
• Log test results in QMetry or Zephyr; track and manage defects in Jira with clear communication to development teams
• Validate end-to-end data integrity, functional flow, third-party services, and data conversion
• Provide actionable feedback to improve product usability, performance, and reliability
• Stay current with QA best practices, tools, and emerging testing approaches including test automation

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional QA/software testing experience
• Salesforce application testing (APIs and integrations)
• RESTful and SOAP API testing
• Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) — test planning, execution, defect management
• Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Data validation testing across integrated systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public health, healthcare, or government IT projects
• SAFe for Teams or SAFe Practitioner certification
• Salesforce Associate or Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience testing Snowflake integrations
• QMetry or Zephyr for test case management
• Familiarity with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Delivery Pipeline automation
