Description

You own test planning, execution, and defect management for Salesforce integrations and external data systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria for functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Validate data integrity, privacy, security, and workflows across Salesforce APIs, third-party services, and external data sources.
• Log test results in QMetry or Zephyr and manage defects in Jira with clear communication to development teams.
• Provide actionable feedback on product usability, performance, and reliability based on testing outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional QA and software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for test planning and execution.
• Strong proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
• Experience with data validation testing across integrated systems.
• Ability to formulate test scenarios covering positive, negative, and cross-functional conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public health, healthcare, or government IT projects.
• SAFe Practitioner certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Familiarity with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and test automation.
