Description

You will own test planning, execution, and defect management for Salesforce applications and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and UAT across multiple work streams.
• Validate data integrity, privacy, security, and end-to-end flows for external data sources and third-party services.
• Log results in QMetry or Zephyr, track defects in Jira, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Define acceptance criteria, analyze test results, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
• Provide actionable feedback on product usability and performance to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of professional software quality assurance or testing experience.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe).
• Experience testing backend interfaces using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
• Experience with test case management tools such as Zephyr or QMetry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex bug scenarios and technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public health, healthcare, or government IT projects.
• Certification in Agile frameworks (SAFe for Teams or SAFe Practitioner).
• Salesforce Associate or Administrator Certification.
