Description

You will own test planning, execution, and defect management for Salesforce applications and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze test results, log defects in Jira using QMetry or Zephyr, and collaborate with developers to resolve failures.
• Validate end-to-end data integrity, workflows, permissions, and third-party service integrations.
• Define acceptance criteria with stakeholders and support business teams during Uphold testing phases.
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and provide feedback on product usability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Proficiency in testing backend interfaces using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, QMetry, or Zephyr.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in public health, healthcare, or government IT projects.
• Salesforce Administrator or Associate Certification.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks within the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
