Description

You will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of the Metrik Salesforce-based application through rigorous testing and validation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document detailed test plans, cases, and results for new and existing functionality.
• Define acceptance criteria and formulate test scenarios validating positive, negative, and end-to-end conditions.
• Analyze test results, collaborate with developers to fix failures, and track defects in Jira for timely resolution.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across multiple work streams.
• Test configurations, workflows, API integrations, and role-based permissions to ensure data integrity and security.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Proficiency with RESTful and SOAP APIs for backend interface testing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience with test management tools such as QMetry or Zephyr.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
• Ability to write clear, comprehensive testing documentation and articulate complex technical requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Associate or Administrator Certification.
• Experience with data validation testing across integrated systems (e.g., Snowflake).
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
