Description

Manage end-to-end software testing processes within an Agile development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review application modifications daily and develop manual test scripts to verify requirements and prevent regression.
• Execute manual and automated test scripts, updating work item statuses in the change and configuration management system.
• Document application defects and testing tasks in the department's management system and documentation repository.
• Provide work estimates and technical updates during Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrum meetings.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve identified application issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile software development.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing and executing test scripts.
• 5+ years of experience writing test cases and test scripts.
• 5+ years of experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in unit testing and functional testing.
• Experience with black box and white box testing.
• Experience with regression testing and automated testing.
• Experience with integration, performance, user, and pilot testing.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
