Description

Manage end-to-end testing lifecycles for complex IT projects and ERP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed test plans, cases, and scripts, including automation.
• Coordinate and execute testing activities for projects integrating multiple systems and interfaces.
• Define, monitor, and report on quality assurance metrics such as defect counts and test status.
• Perform quality audits across IT functions and provide process training to technical staff.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for software process improvement.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in systems development, testing, or business processes.
• Proficiency with Java, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, and test case automation.
• Experience defining and tracking quality assurance metrics including defects and test results.
• Experience performing quality audits to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies.
• Experience developing complex testing plans for large IT projects involving multiple integration partners.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• 2–5 years of experience coordinating and planning complex business process testing for large ERP implementations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft (PeopleTools 8.59+, Fluid page development), PeopleSoft Financials, or HCM.
• Experience with the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) subsystem.
