Description

Lead testing efforts for assigned projects, developing and maintaining knowledge of business processes supported by software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and contribute to test plans, test cases, scenarios, and test data for new and existing systems.
• Execute test cases and maintain the automation framework across all IT environments.
• Document and report discovered issues to team leaders, tracking defects through resolution.
• Create metrics and reports from testing activities to measure quality.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in client-server and/or web-based environments.
• 4+ years of experience using test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
• 4+ years of experience with test gathering techniques and developing test strategies.
• 4+ years of experience with RDBMS (Oracle or Postgres) and writing queries.
• 2+ years of experience with Selenium, SoapUI, and Cucumber/Ruby.
• 2+ years of experience applying Scrum and Agile Development Frameworks.
• Familiarity with data validation and creation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, innovation, or a related field.
