Description

You own the testing lifecycle for assigned projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of business processes supported by software systems.
• Create and contribute to test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data for SDLC phases.
• Produce formal test plans and lead the testing effort for assigned projects.
• Document and report discovered issues to team leads and track resolution.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 4 years of hands-on QA testing experience in client-server and/or web-based environments.
• 4 years developing test strategies and plans.
• 4 years experience with test gathering techniques.
• 4 years experience using test management tools like Jira/Zephyr.
• 4 years experience with RDBMS (Oracle or Postgres) and writing queries.
• 2 years experience with Selenium, Soap Ui, and Cucumber/Ruby.
• 2 years experience with Scrum and Agile Development Frameworks.
• 4 years experience creating metrics and reports.
