Description

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for application modernization projects within an Agile/Scrum environment. You will own the testing lifecycle, from manual test case creation to automation script development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UAT phase for modernization initiatives, collaborating directly with business users.
• Create and execute manual test cases to validate application functionality.
• Develop and execute automation scripts to increase coverage and reduce repetitive testing time.
• Test modernized applications including EBMS, SEBT, and C-CARE.
• Build automation scripts for ServiceNow applications (Customer, Provider, Worker, HR, and Legal portals).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency with Jira and Zephyr for Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Tricentis Tosca.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server.
• Experience performing API testing using Postman.
• Experience performing performance testing.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum project teams.
• Degree required (Any Graduate).
