Description

Lead User Acceptance Testing for application modernization projects in an Agile/Scrum environment, owning the full testing lifecycle from manual case creation to automation script development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UAT phase for modernization initiatives, collaborating directly with business users to validate functionality.
• Create and execute manual test cases for modernized applications including EBMS, SEBT, and C-CARE.
• Develop and execute automation scripts to increase coverage and reduce repetitive testing time.
• Build automation scripts for ServiceNow applications (Customer, Provider, Worker, HR, and Legal portals).
• Perform API and performance testing to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency with Jira and Zephyr for Jira for test management.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Tricentis Tosca for test automation.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server for data validation and querying.
• Experience performing API testing using Postman.
• Experience performing performance testing.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum project teams.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
