Description

You will design and oversee performance strategies for high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems across on-premises and cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design application architecture and capacity planning strategies for distributed systems and microservices.
• Execute performance tuning and profiling for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Implement automated testing methodologies across web and mobile technology stacks.
• Monitor system health and application performance using APM and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Manage the transition and scaling of services from on-premises to public cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Engineering.
• 2+ years in a Performance, Application, or Solution Architect role.
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, or Java.
• Experience with load testing tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, and Client LoadRunner.
• Hands-on experience with APM and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Fiddler.
• Expertise in distributed systems, client-server architectures, and microservices.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL database querying and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools: Puppet, Terraform, Packer, Consul, and Vault.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hammer, Performance Center, and automated testing frameworks like Selenium or Tosca.
