Description

You will lead testing efforts and business analysis processes to ensure software quality and functional alignment with stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts using ATF.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders into clear, concise specifications.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify, manage, and report defects while collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Support end-users during software testing and deployment phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and ServiceNow Automation Testing.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to create and interpret cross-functional diagrams.
• Strong analytical skills for requirement gathering and documentation.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
