Description

Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy for scalable automation frameworks. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and oversee functional, integration, system, and UAT testing. Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance aligned with STLC. Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based approaches while guiding teams on performance and security testing. Mentor QA leads and test engineers, collaborating with development, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy per STLC standards.
• Implement scalable test automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance models.
• Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Mentor QA leads and test engineers across functional and non-functional testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall testing experience.
• 4+ years in a Test Architect or QA Architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience in automation and framework design.
• Experience driving onsite/offshore teams.
• Proficiency with STLC methodologies.
• Expertise in CI/CD integration.
• Experience with cloud testing on AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom or Media domain experience.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Behave).
