Description

You will lead quality strategy and automation implementation within an agile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement quality strategies aligned with business objectives and agile processes.
• Integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle by working closely with engineering teams.
• Drive best practices including CI/CD integration, shift-left testing, and test-driven development.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Mentor and coach QA engineers to foster continuous learning.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated testing.
• Proficiency with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Proven stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
