Description

You will build and maintain automated test suites for complex distributed trading systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python and Pytest automation for API, client-server, and E2E testing.
• Triage automation failures and improve test suite stability.
• Execute continuous and release testing to ensure coverage of critical components.
• Design and execute load, stress, and performance testing.
• Identify and close test gaps within complex trading environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Pytest.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber.
• Experience with automated API testing using Postman.
• Practical knowledge of AWS compute and storage services (EC2, S3, EFS, RDS).
• Mandatory domain experience in investment banking or electronic trading.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and networking principles.
• Experience working in both Microsoft Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and IDEs such as Visual Studio, IntelliJ, or Eclipse.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PyCharm.
• Experience with chaos engineering tools like Chaos Monkey or Gremlin.
