Description

You will ensure system reliability through manual testing, API validation, and log analysis while maintaining strict adherence to SOPs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing and validate system functionality against requirements.
• Analyze SQL databases, APIs, and application logs to identify root causes of issues.
• Manage and track defects using ticketing tools such as Jira Service Management and ServiceNow.
• Debug complex issues and follow established troubleshooting guides and SOPs.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proficient in SQL for database querying and data validation.
• Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow for issue tracking.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and basic scripting concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and team handling.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of system architecture and backend infrastructure.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks or CI/CD pipelines.
