Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for ASP cloud services and device experiences.
• Develop and maintain clear, thorough, and reusable test cases and test documentation under guidance of senior QAEs.
• Identify, document, and triage defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.
• Partner with SDET and automation teams to provide well-structured manual test cases for automation development.
• Collaborate with automation teams to translate manual test cases into automated regression suites for improved coverage.
• Contribute to maintenance and improvement of certification readiness checklists and partner-facing quality documentation.
• Validate accessibility features and support accessibility testing efforts in partnership with senior team members.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with quality perspectives.
• Support offshore or distributed QA team members by executing and refining test runbooks and documentation.
• Proactively communicate testing status, blockers, and quality risks to QA leads and engineering stakeholders
