Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for microservices-based architectures, ensuring robust automation and seamless CI/CD integration. You will design test strategies, build scalable frameworks, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver reliable software releases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, UI, API, and performance testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for UI and API layers using Python or Java.
• Architect and manage scalable automation frameworks to minimize manual effort for regression and integration testing.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab to integrate automated testing into continuous delivery.
• Triage test failures, identify root causes, and collaborate across teams to drive timely resolutions during sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and test planning.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for writing clean, efficient, and reusable automation code.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API testing and release management.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and automated integration testing.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Java and related testing tools.
• Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
