Description

You will lead QA activities for specific projects, ensuring quality across all phases from requirement review to test execution and recap.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team for assigned projects, managing human capital and overseeing all testing activities.
• Translate design, UX, and requirements into actionable test cases, including positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios.
• Perform regular regression testing and manage test data harvesting and complex data dependencies.
• Identify gaps in user interfaces or workflows and communicate risks regarding technical debt and schedule slippage.
• Estimate QA effort, manage PLC tollgates, and calculate traceability and test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience working within Agile teams.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar DevOps tools.
• Experience managing requirements within Confluence.
• Strong ability to prioritize test execution based on risk, impact, and importance.
• Ability to estimate efforts involving unknowns and ambiguity.
• Solid understanding of test automation coverage and exploratory testing.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience with Selenium or WebDriverIO.
• Experience using Xray for Jira test case management.
