Description

You coordinate planning, execution, and recap for testing and implementing quality safeguards in software development and deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality across all project phases, including requirement review, script preparation, and execution.
• Translate design, UX, and requirements into actionable test cases, documenting execution, prerequisites, and conditions.
• Define and mockup positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios for testing.
• Identify interface gaps and workflow confusion, highlighting risks related to technical debt or schedule slip.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5+ years in QA testing roles.
• Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Test Automation concepts, including Selenium and Webdriver.
• Familiarity with tracking requirements in Confluence.
• Experience with Agile team environments.
• Ability to assess application functionality based on risk, impact, and importance for test prioritization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience guiding exploratory testers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
