Description

You will ensure the quality of Conversational AI and Agentic AI applications through rigorous testing and strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures for Conversational AI and Agentic AI/LLM systems.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on AI-driven platforms.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective test strategies for AI use cases.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, providing detailed insights and reports on testing outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in software testing, QA, and reporting for AI/LLM systems.
• Proficiency in Software QA practices and LLM Testing.
• Familiarity with testing Conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and intelligent agent applications.
• Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium.
• Ability to evaluate usability, effectiveness, and scalability of AI applications.
