Description

You will own quality assurance processes and testing execution for web-based, multi-tiered applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing schedules to meet productivity targets.
• Develop comprehensive QA and Test Plans, embedding activities into product development cycles.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and track corrective actions to drive measurable improvements.
• Produce clear, traceable reports on defects, non-compliance, and process audit findings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development environments.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL).
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft stack of tools and technologies.
• Experience in web-based, multi-tiered development environments.
• Ability to evaluate processes and products objectively against industry standards.
