Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for software applications, ensuring functional correctness and performance through manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, system, integration, UI, and load testing.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate software quality against business and functional requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and assist in resolving software defects and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
• Support release validation, user acceptance testing, and production readiness activities.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JSON.
• Experience working with IBM DB2 UDB databases.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with software release management and defect tracking processes.
