Core Skills and Competencies

Proven expertise in end-to-end QA methodologies, software testing lifecycles, and integrated system testing across multi-device architectures

AI Literacy and Application in software quality assurance, including the ability to leverage AI tools for test case generation, anomaly detection, and defect analysis

Advanced proficiency in test management systems such as Jira to track, prioritize, and resolve software and hardware defects efficiently

Critical experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enforce quality standards

Strong foundational knowledge in programming fundamentals and software development methodologies

Acute analytical precision to identify subtle edge-case failure modes in interconnected hardware and software systems

Additional Qualifications

Experience with automated test frameworks and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or complex multi-device test environment setups

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or similar quality functions

Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:

Software testing lifecycles (STLC) and formal QA methodologies

Manual testing experience working with Android and Linux, and using management tools, including Jira

Multi-device software and hardware integration testing

Fundamental programming concepts and development practices
