Good to Have Skills: Experience with Quick Commerce platforms, deployment processes for UI pipelines, framework development, leadership experience with junior QA members, domain knowledge building, and customer advocacy in testing processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create test automation frameworks and enable other team members to add comprehensive test cases.
• Utilize Generative AI technologies where relevant to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and own the complete deployment process for UI pipelines and automated deployments.
• Create comprehensive test plans and write detailed test cases for new product features.
• Lead and mentor junior QA team members in testing methodologies and best practices.
• Act as the customer representative and advocate for customer interests in bug triage meetings.
• Build comprehensive domain knowledge and deep understanding of the product under test.
• Regularly communicate testing status updates and identify potential risks to program launch dates.
• Perform thorough manual testing of services and UI features across desktop browsers, mobile browsers and applications
