Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for complex multi-service systems in pricing and promotional landscape with high ambiguity.
• Build reusable and reliable test automation including integration, load, and performance testing for services operating at Amazon India marketplace scale.
• Proactively identify quality risks and make strategic trade-offs between test coverage and delivery speed using data-driven insights.
• Own pipeline health and design automated deployment solutions for production pipelines to ensure system reliability.
• Partner with software development engineers, technical program managers, and science teams to validate ML-driven solutions and launch customer-facing features.
• Mentor junior quality assurance engineers and raise the quality bar through constructive code reviews, test plan reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in design reviews, hackathons and other team-level activities to contribute to overall engineering excellence.
• Shape quality strategy across distributed services handling billions of INR in promotional value and establish quality guardrails.
• Influence architecture and design decisions through quality insights and partner directly with engineering teams.

Experience Required: Quality Assurance Engineer II level position requiring experience with complex distributed systems, test automation, performance engineering, and quality strategy development. Experience with AI-driven testing initiatives and leadership capabilities preferred
