Description

You will own test automation, quality requirements, and the design of functional and performance test suites. You will design the architecture for test automation solutions, identifying limitations and compatibilities between subsystems. You will generate metrics to improve development practices and review technical requirements, software design specifications, and implementations. You will instill best practices for test suite automation while ensuring designs meet requirements. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to create test strategies and drive quality initiatives. You will contribute to automation frameworks and automate test cases at both API and UI levels. You will drive the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies. You will provide comprehensive testing support for customer-facing Relay products, including mobile and web applications. You will lead QA initiatives for medium to large-scale projects with cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance Engineering.
• Extensive expertise in automated test framework design.
• Strong focus on backend testing and API automation.
• Proficiency in Java for test automation scripts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for testing.
• Hands-on experience with mobile and web application testing.
• Ability to design performance test suites and generate metrics.
• Knowledge of software development processes and OO coding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with massively scalable systems and cross-platform testing.
• Scripting capabilities for advanced automation.
