Description

You will manage product quality standards for new and certified products by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and Out of Box Experience (OOBE) inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
• Report and communicate potential risks to the Product team and external partners.
• Lead weekly quality meetings and review vendor service reports.
• Audit manufacturing facilities through occasional domestic and international travel.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in consumer electronics.
• Hands-on experience with OOBE (Out of Box Experience).
• Proven ability to manage supplier organizations to improve product and process quality.
• Experience driving improvements with Original Design Manufacturers (ODM).
• Ability to formulate and execute solutions for complex quality-related issues independently.
• Bachelor's degree.
