Description

You will evaluate testing strategies and drive improvements in the validation approach for software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and user documentation to assure product and test quality.
• Collaborate with development to reproduce errors and verify defect resolution.
• Execute testing tasks consistently, adhering to established procedures.
• Enter task and bug details into Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
• Report test results, including sprint summaries, to the Release Manager.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in software application testing.
• Proficiency in automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing techniques.
• Experience developing functional, performance, and regression tests.
• Experience performing SIT, End-to-End, and UAT testing.
• In-depth knowledge of testing Web-based applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to break down prioritized requirements into individual sprints.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP, and DHR business areas.
• Automation Testing experience.
