Description

You will manage quality assurance for a B2B API gateway and contact center application modernization project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and capabilities.
• Design and execute test plans and detailed test cases for unit, integration, functional, system, and regression testing.
• Manage test progress using Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Automate test processes and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Conduct performance testing to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and automation within the SDLC.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or Appium.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys or similar contact center platforms.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with Postman and Rest-Assured for API testing.
• Strong understanding of databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
