Description

You will own the quality assurance process for payment platform services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on TSYS/TS2 platforms.
• Validate end-to-end card workflows, covering contact, contactless, and manual entry modes.
• Execute and maintain test cases and scripts for authorization, settlement, and chargeback flows.
• Use Postman to test and validate REST/SOAP APIs for backend services.
• Leverage Splunk for log analysis, transaction tracing, and root cause investigation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with TSYS/TS2 systems in the payments domain.
• Understanding of card payment lifecycle, entry modes, and ISO8583 message formats.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API Testing.
• Practical experience using Splunk for log analysis and debugging.
• Ability to write, execute, and report manual test cases and results.
• Experience with REST/SOAP and API Testing.
• Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Rest Assured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
