Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance process for web and API applications within an agile development framework.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts across all stages of the development and release cycle.
• Identify process deficiencies, suggest improvements, and conduct test plan reviews with QA leads and stakeholders.
• Document software defects using bug tracking systems and monitor resolution efforts to track successes.
• Define test parameters, interpret results, analyze trends, and determine risks to test deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers and external teams to build end-to-end test coverage and increase overall test density.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Web and API application testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Proficiency in functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
• Experience writing test cases using Zephyr, Jira, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Expertise in defect management using Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive test documentation, including Test Plans, Scenarios, Test Data, and Defect Reports.
• Experience analyzing requirement specifications and design documents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI and API automation testing.
• Experience testing SaaS applications or CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Performance testing experience using HP LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
