Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for software solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases, scenarios, and project documentation.
• Review requirements, use cases, and design specifications.
• Execute regression tests and validate solution documentation.
• Manage bugs and changes by creating and supporting issues in JIRA.
• Coordinate quality issues across departments and report progress daily.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including scripting and execution.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methods and technologies.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and management.
• Basic SQL knowledge for database querying and validation.
• Understanding of basic Java principles.
• Strong knowledge within the Telecom domain.
• Ability to communicate QA issues clearly with customers.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.

Preferred Skills

• University Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
