Description

You will lead implementation, quality assurance, and support for ContactEngine solutions across APAC and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Configure, perform end-to-end testing, debug, and deploy the SaaS platform based on specific client requirements.
• Document client business processes to define requirements for automated transactions and proactive customer journeys.
• Write and debug JavaScript code snippets, design and test APIs, and document application integration specifications.
• Utilize SQL to write queries, build reports, and create dashboards for optimizing customer journeys.
• Collaborate with EU and US teams to build, test, and support customer journeys using internal tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or consulting roles.
• Experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of basic programming languages and data structures.
• Competency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to work shifting schedules to support global customers.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a STEM field.

Preferred Skills

• Technical proficiency in Selenium, C#, Python, and Confluence.
• Experience with data structure extraction, summarization, and integration tools.
• Application knowledge of Excel, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
