Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for our platforms. Your focus is on transitioning the QA team from tracking failures to empowering development teams to manage their own issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation test frameworks across multiple platforms.
• Set up automatic testing processes to run periodically and report feedback to development teams.
• Transition the QA team from tracking failures to empowering development teams to manage their own issues.
• Create and maintain best practices and training documentation for test script writers.
• Use systems thinking and user-centered evaluation to identify improvement opportunities based on developer feedback.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Developer rather than a manual tester.
• 2+ years of experience in Java development.
• 2+ years of experience with software testing frameworks such as Cucumber.
• 2+ years of experience implementing CI/CD processes using Jenkins.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and multi-faceted problem-solving to internal developer experiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with systems thinking and user-centered evaluation.
