Description

You will test Appian, JavaScript, and SQL Server-based solutions and system data for accuracy against documented requirements and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test case templates and develop test cases, scenarios, and supporting data based on requirements.
• Contribute to defining software requirements and acceptance criteria, becoming an expert in implemented business rules.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Performance, Usability, Security, and User Acceptance testing.
• Log and track defects in JIRA from discovery through closure, collaborating with developers on severity assessment.
• Perform triage on customer-reported incidents and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years' experience testing web-based applications.
• Experience creating and maintaining software test cases.
• Strong experience with a Software Lifecycle Management Tool, including artifact creation and workflow management.
• Proficiency with Appian, JavaScript, SQL, and Back-end Testing.
• Experience with Database Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum.
