Description

You will perform end-to-end regression testing for streaming video applications across native OTT devices and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end regression testing on streaming platforms including Samsung TV, Xumo, Roku, Apple TV, and Smart TVs.
• Validate APIs to ensure correct interaction between streaming devices and backend services.
• Conduct logging and analysis using Splunk or Client's Proxy.
• Document and report defects in JIRA and track them through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams using Scrum or Kanban.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on manual testing of streaming video applications.
• Extensive experience testing OTT devices such as Roku, Samsung TV, Xumo, Apple TV, and mobile.
• Hands-on experience with API validation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Splunk and Client's Proxy.
• Experience using JIRA for defect management and project tracking.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Samsung, Xumo, and AWS environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing ad insertion features within streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as AWS OpenSearch, Kibana, or Tableau.
