Description

You will manage software quality and compliance within an ISMIS and CMMI framework.

Responsibilities

• Ensure software products comply with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 security controls and ISMIS requirements.
• Execute test plans, test cases, and security testing, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Perform CMMI v2.0 DEV and SVC audits, covering project, process, and function audits.
• Facilitate agile delivery using SCRUM or Kanban methodologies and act as an agile coach.
• Conduct monthly project reviews, QPI reviews, and facilitate Senior Management Reviews and PMRs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance or compliance roles.
• Expertise in CMMI v2.0 (DEV and SVC), GAP analysis, and internal auditing.
• Proficiency in SCRUM and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 security standards and ISMIS compliance.
• Ability to perform code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments.
• Hands-on experience with SQA reviews and interacting with QPILs.
• Strong documentation skills for test results, security findings, and process audits.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CSQE, CISA, Six Sigma, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, APM, or PSM.
