Description

Lead the quality assurance process and oversee the delivery of high-quality product features.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team through direct mentorship, training, and effective task delegation.
• Drive the implementation of scalable automation testing strategies for new and existing projects.
• Establish and maintain QA processes for project setup, sprint cycle testing, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Communicate progress, technical challenges, and solutions directly to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a QA lead role or similar leadership position.
• Proven experience implementing automation testing frameworks using Selenium or Cypress.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and testing processes.
• Practical experience working within Agile methodologies and sprint cycles.
• Ability to manage team workloads and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing distributed or remote QA teams.
